Serge and Monique PREIGHER-NEUMANN were born in Paris and Neuilly; they were 11 and 6 years old, respectively. They were arrested in the Hautes-Pyrénées in Hus-par-Montgaillard, but had been living in Paris at 103 avenue Emile-Zola (15th arr.).
